The VA Community Care Network (VA CCN) was established to ensure Veterans could have improved access to a number of health care services throughout their community. By developing an extensive and comprehensive network of community providers, Veterans now have more options for high quality health care. In addition, the VA CCN was designed to consolidate the many different programs and services available to our Veterans, and to promote more streamlined and quality services.

Veteran eligibility for any and all services under the VA CCN is determined by the local VA office. If the VA authorizes the necessary and requested care, a referral will be sent to the appropriate provider.
